The Show

nextstep is the annual career fair at Jönköpings International Business School. At the 8th of April local companies as well as multinational enterprises will come to nextstep to meet you. Learn all that you can about the companies, get first hand information and handy tips, and extend your network. All at nextstep'10.

The day will be packed with activities and guest lectures. You will meet company representatives and learn more about the companies and what they can offer you. At nextstep you can broaden your network, get your hands on some company give aways, and of course enjoy a free lunch.

Aiming to help students with their future career, nextstep provides you with neccesary contacts and the opportunity to get employed at the company of your dreams. No matter where you are from and which programme you study, nextstep is for you! This is the time to start thinking about your future and take a first step towards realizing it.

Guest Lectures

Ivan Daza
Ivan Daza the creator and CEO of Blatteförmedlingen; one of the strongest brands in the recruitment
business.
Ivan Daza is 40 years old with a Bolivian background and will discourse about how to enter the Swedish labour market when you have an international background
during nextstep.
Ivan Daza has during his lifetime also founded Mångfaldsbarometern, Save the World – the game and
Titicaco Communicaring School, as well been co-founder for another 3 companies. He has held conferences and private consultancies for a variety of ministers, governmental departments and management teams of large companies in Sweden.
The discourse is mainly directed towards international students but of course everyone is welcome.


Camilla Ljunggren
Camilla Ljunggren is despite a young age already a very experienced entrepreneur and CEO. She has been
nominated for numerous awards and in 2009 Business Week appointed her as one of Europe’s best young
entrepreneurs.
By the age of sixteen she launched her own innovation, Pluring, which was the starting point of her amazing carrier.
She is today the CEO of SIFE and is working with sustainable development through social entrepreneurship. She took her bachelor in Civilekonom at JIBS and has since then managed several different companies. In her lectures, Camilla will talk about social entrepreneurship but also share her experiences, exciting meetings and inspire her audience with a smile.


Daniel Tornberg
Lawyer Daniel Tornberg, CEO of Advokatfirman för Marknadsrätt. Daniel Tornberg has specialized in
market rights, copyright and IT-related media rights. He also targets solutions of disputes and procedural law and has among others been the attorney in some of the marketing rights heaviest cases.
Daniel will discourse about his working role as a
specialist, what the way to get there have been like and he will also share some knowledge about something that all efficacious business lawyers should know. Daniel Tornberg will also guide through the latest news in the legal sections and will discuss EU-rights in general.
The discouse will be held in Swedish.

The Banquet

After the day activities at JIBS there will be a classy Banquet held at Elite Hotel where the students and company representatives can get together under more relaxed circumstances. It will start out with some mingle and sparkling wine followed by a three course dinner with wine, dessert and coffee in one of Scandinvia's most beautiful halls.
It will be possible for both students and companies to influence the seating arrangements if they have met someone during the day that they wish to learn more about.

There will also be first class entertainment with one of the most famous magicians in Sweden: Seth Engström. Known from his performance at the tv-show Talang 2008 which can be seen below.



The banquet ticket also includes free entry to the afterparty held at Karlssons Salonger.
Tickets will be sold starting from the 9th of March.
